Measurement Columns, won't stay as sized

On Ubuntu 14.04, 64 bit, with Valentina test version 0.5.0.0.a (built Dec. 12 2016) Created new measurement file in Tape. Then added all known measurement fields. The Name and Full Name columns were so wide that the Calculated Value column could not be seen. No problem, this is common. I adjusted the column widths. But everytime I entered a number, the columns readjusted to the original width.

Is this normal behavior for a window? Not sure if this an error, because the workaround is to widen the Measurements window to include the Calculated Value column.

We can try make it to remember user width.

I pushed fix for this issue today.
