When selected the Point from X and Y tool should show a vertical bar to guide the user in selecting the 1st point to derive the X vertical value.
Currently, as soon as the 1st point is selected, both the vertical bar and a horizontal bar are displayed.
The vertical bar should be displayed prior to selecting the 1st point.
