Using ppa Repository on Debian 10

I’m having problems with the ppa repository on Debian 10. Normally I use ppa repositories without problems, but when running sudo apt update after adding the repository I get

Err:14 http://ppa.launchpad.net/susan-spencer/seamly2d/ubuntu groovy Release
  404 Not Found [IP: 91.189.95.83 80]
Lendo listas de pacotes... Pronto
E: The repository 'http://ppa.launchpad.net/susan-spencer/seamly2d/ubuntu groovy Release' does not have a Release file.
N: Updating from such a repository can't be done securely, and is therefore disabled by default.
N: See apt-secure(8) manpage for repository creation and user configuration details.

and then I cannot find the seamly2d using sudo apt search. I openned manually the ppa repository and downloaded the .deb to install, but I want to keep the program up to date to get the newly updates. Is there anyone who knows what the problem might be (or if there is another topic about this that anyone can link me)?

I believe the most recent updates are now incorporated into the appimage release. I do not know the status of the launchpad ppa. You should be able to use the search facility on this forum to search for other posts on the topic appimage or the topic ubuntu to find more information. I hope this is helpful.

Hi and welcome, @AnnaFields. Thank you very much for helping. I really don’t know anything about Debian
