I would like to know if anyone knows how to use the customization of seam margins. For example I would like to personalized the margin at point 46. Between the point 46 and point 50 the pattern is on the fold. How can I do to use the tools ?

You have set the after at 0 for A46 which is perfectly correct. Now you need to set the before at 0 for A50.
This will tell the program to have no seam allowance after A46 and before A50, so this will be the fold line.
