Seamly2D Enters The Wrong Measurements

I choose “Point at distance and angle” tool and f(x).

Then I choose the measurement which is 49.2 cm. On the left bottom of the screen It shows measurement : 49.2 cm.

However when I click OK and apply It shows 0.658301 cm on the “Point at distance and angle” screen.

Why? How can I fix it?

Hi @optimusprime93 .Can you show me a screenshot? Or send your pattern file (.val) and measurements file(.vst/.vit), so that I can check what’s happening, please?

Here is the screenshot video.

As you see the actual measurement is 49.2. However It shows 6.2…

Why? How can I fix it?

Try deleting the 6.2… part, & double-clicking @S_4.

Theoretically, you might want the measurement to be @S_20+@S4 (or something even fancier!) so just hitting OK when you have it selected wouldn’t cut it. Double-clicking will add the parameter to the formula line at the top. When the Formula: result is what your formula should result in, then you can hit OK & expect it to work.

Yes! This was a learning curve for me. You HAVE to double click. Also to delete a line or object, right click and the delete button shows. You can not simply select and hit delete.

That works. Thank you very much.
