Bonjour, Je veux tracer une ligne perpendiculaire de 2,1 cm. Je dois tracer un point A8 à partir de A7 de 2,1 cm qui est perpendiculaire à R-S. Merci pour votre aide.

The easiest is to use the Point Along Perpendicular tool:
Select the tool, click on A7 and then on R. Enter in your measurement & you’ll have your line. 
If you want it going the other way, then click the left arrow in the image. Otherwise, you may enter in an amount of degrees.
