Issues with creation of layout

Hi,

I’m trying to create a new layout but Valentina can’t do it and I don’t know why. Can someone tell me what’s going wrong?

can you please include a screenshot of the “About Seamly2D” information that can be found under the Help menu. Also please tell what operating system and version you are using. Thank you
