Help recovering file

The program crashed after attempting to add a detail. This happened once before and I was able to import the file into Notepad and fix the corrupted line. This time I’m getting a “tag mismatch” error and this is a little over my head in the coding department. If anyone could take a look at the file and see if there’s a way to fix it, I would really appreciate it.
